Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 21, 2026

By accessing our Site or purchasing the Self Confidence Camp (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase.

1. About the Program

The Self Confidence Camp is an educational personal development program delivered as pre-recorded video lessons, guest speaker content, a workbook, bonus sessions and community access, as described on the Site. Content and bonuses may be updated, replaced or reorganized from time to time. Bonus calls, if live, are scheduled at our discretion and recordings are provided.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars on the checkout page. By purchasing you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. If you choose an installment plan, you agree to pay all scheduled installments on time. Failed or missed payments may result in suspended access, and we may attempt to charge your payment method again. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

4. Access and License

After payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Program materials for your own personal use. "Lifetime access" means for the lifetime of the Program or platform, as long as we continue to offer it. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, publish or sell any Program material, and you may not share your login.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Charitable Contribution

We have committed to donating 10% of the purchase price of every Program sale to the Napoleon Hill Institute, a nonprofit educational institution, to support educational programs for children. This donation is made by NHI. Your purchase is a payment for the Program and is not itself a tax-deductible charitable contribution by you. Please consult your tax advisor.

7. No Guarantee of Results

The Program is educational. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, income, relationship, career or life result. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances and choices. See our Earnings and Results Disclaimer.

8. Not Therapy, Medical or Professional Advice

The Program is educational and inspirational. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical advice, or financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not create a therapist-client or professional advisory relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or have a medical or psychological condition, seek help from a qualified professional. In the US, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Never ignore professional advice because of something you learned in the Program.

9. Community Conduct

If you join our community groups, you agree to be respectful, avoid spam, harassment, hate speech, solicitation and illegal content, and to keep confidential any personal information other members share. We may remove members or content at our discretion.

10. Testimonials, Photos and Recordings

If you share a testimonial or participate in a recorded session, you grant us permission to use your name, words and likeness for marketing, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

All Program content, branding, logos, videos, text and materials are owned by NHI, its licensors or the Napoleon Hill Institute and are protected by law. "Napoleon Hill" and related marks are used under license.

12. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NHI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, FACULTY AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NHI against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or Program or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights where you live.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
